Our Commitment To Copyright

Filing A DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available on https://nofyi.com/ infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes substantially the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the URL where it appears;
  4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Material found to be infringing will be removed or disabled promptly.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted (or that was processed through one of our tools) was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you live (or, if outside the US, of the court where Nofyi.com is located).

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please consider these consequences before filing a notice or counter-notice.
