By accessing or using https://nofyi.com/ (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Nofyi.com provides free, browser-based online tools for converting, generating, formatting, and analysing files and text. The Service is offered “as is” and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload or process content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates the privacy of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape at high volume, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product without express written permission
• Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or rate-limiting features

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the files and text you process with our tools. Because most processing happens inside your browser, we generally never see your content. For server-side tools, you grant us a limited licence to temporarily process your content only for the purpose of producing the requested output.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, copy, logos, and trademarks on the Service are owned by Nofyi.com or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Always keep backups of important files.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nofyi.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nofyi.com, its operators, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Service displays advertisements from Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
